The Atlanta Poker Club is adding another exciting tournament to Sunday Nights. The long talked about Heads-Up format is finally realized and the first tournament will be held Sunday evening October 11th on FullTilt. This begins 15 minutes after the highly competative regular APC Online Tournament. Details Below:

The Top 8 finishers will receive points (assuming 16+ enter) using the standard APC Points Calculator with these exceptions
- 3rd and 4th place finishers will recieve the same amount of points taking the average of the two pointed positions (2 averaged scores)
- 5th and 8th place finishers will recieve the same amount of points taking the average of the four pointed positions (4 averaged scores)
We do this because these players exit the tournament in the same positions, regardless of how full tilt may rank them in the finish results. Full Tilt also awards their prizes in this same fashion with 3rd and 4th getting the same $$ award as one another. After the seasons end we will evaluate the points system and refine it accordingly.
How to find the APC HU Tournament.
The title of the tournament is “APC Heads Up”.
The easiest way to find it is to open up the Full Tilt software and click Tournament > Private > Hold’ Em and scroll down until you see the title “APC Heads Up”
A quick tip is to just look for the “2” there to the left of the NL.
that ‘2’ is a clue that you’re there.
Everyone is invited and of course you can play in both the normal APC online tournament as well as the Heads Up tournament and “multi-table” at the same time. Full Tilt is a Mac Friendly poker site.
