I wanted to give everyone a heads up, especially all the forum regulars, on some communication changes that are forthcoming with the APC.
The time has come to retire the APC vbulletin forum.
Instead of using the forum the day to day communication will go to the APC Group Page on Facebook. The official news, announcements, special events details and latest promotions will happen on the AtlantaPokerClub.com website (here).

- Atlanta Poker Club Website – (official news/announcements/updates)
AtlantaPokerClub.com – All important Atlanta Poker Club information will be posted in easy to find ways on our website, AtlantaPokerClub.com.
At the top right of all pages we will maintain a list of ‘current important information’. Things like:
- special event details
- qualifiers lists
- upcoming important dates
- venue championship events
- any important information you would want to know
The AtlantaPokerClub.com website will also be your place to find venue additions, changes and current promotions.
APC Facebook Group – Day to day communication, venue recaps and discussion are being migrated to the Atlanta Poker Club facebook group page. TD’s and players alike are being encouraged to discuss the latest happenings on Atlanta Poker Club Group page. This is where many APC’ers are already chatting right now. Everyone is welcome join the APC facebook group and join the discussions there. We will be encouraging more discussion and social interaction there instead of the forum.
Additionally, you will be able to post comments directly on individual posts on AtlantaPokerClub.com using facebook.
Why?
The honest answer is that there are more effective ways to communicate that do not require the forum and the behind the scenes challenges it brings. We can communicate faster and more effectively by making these changes. If anyone asks you where they can find out about something specific to the APC, you just have to answer, “AtlantaPokerClub.com”
Other Improvements
You may have already noticed the APC Calendar change that happened quietly a couple of weeks ago.
You can also find the list of daily games posted on the home page now as well.
These changes also allow us to more effectively use the APC Mobile App, as all posts are automatically updated in the app.
So – where do you go to get the information you need?
Information posted on the AtlantaPokerClub.com site will also be tweeted on the APC Twitter account (please follow us) and updated to the Atlanta Poker Club facebook page (please like us) so you can get a note about any changes or updates.
*The APC facebook group is seperate from the APC Facebook “Like Page” (please like us!). The like page is the more official announcements page while the group is where everyone hangs out and chats.
