Everything is running smoothly as we continue to slowly add more games and Venues to the schedule. As Spry explained on reopening, this is a fluid situation, and we will adjust as conditions change.
At all times we are cautiously following the Governor’s guidelines, and we started Thursday, December 3rd seating 8-players per table. Due to the reduced number of players per table, TDs may find it necessary in some Venues to have only 3 or 4 tables so there may be alternates! Please work with us in this fluid situation!
Precautions and Guidelines
We ask all players to follow these guidelines for the safety of all.
If you are sick, have a fever, have a cough please stay home until you are 100% symptom free for 14 days. No exceptions.
Temperature will be taken prior to allowing registration via touchless thermometers. ONLY then will you be allowed to sign the registration form. Players with a temperature over 100.4 will be asked to not play and to leave immediately. In the event that you ‘run hot’ as a person, call the office and get us some sort of doctor note of this condition if this is the case (sincerely) and we will work with you.
Tables will be six feet apart or more.
We encourage all players to wear face coverings. The APC will have masks on site at every venue for your convenience (while supplies last).
Multiple hand sanitizers will be available at every game.
We will clean and sanitize the equipment regularly.
Play at your own risk. We know that some of you may not be comfortable returning at this time. We understand and look forward to seeing you when you are ready! Please keep up with the weekly schedule as Venues will be adding games and restarting as things get back to normal.
