The APC $10,000 Main Event Invitation Only Tournament took place on Sunday, May 15th and Final Table on Sunday, May 22nd. This event was a 2-Day Tournament and gave away a $10,000 Seat into the World Series of Poker Event in Las Vegas! It was live-streamed and it was awesome!
To qualify you had to be a 2022 Gold VIP Card Holder, and 197 players came out to play in the Main Event. The Venue at Friendship Springs in Flowery Branch was the perfect location to have such a large tournament! The Final Table took place in the home office and was live-streamed!

I've been in Atlanta since 2005.
WHAT IS YOUR PROFESSION?
I teach History at Rockdale County High School.
DO YOU HAVE ANY CHILDREN?
Two adult children that just graduated from college (one from GA State last year and one from Kennesaw this year)!
HOW LONG HAVE YOU PLAYED WITH THE ATLANTA POKER CLUB?
I've played in APC since about 2016 or so...normally at Moonshiners, Dillons & occasionally Gino's.
HAVE YOU PLAYED IN ANY PREVIOUS WSOP OR WPT EVENTS?
I've never played in any WSOP or WPT circuit events. Only watched coverage on TV. It will be a new experience.
HOW WERE YOU FEELING WHEN YOU WON?
Felt great to win...made a lot of mistakes though so I've got my work cut out for me in terms of Vegas.
HOW ARE YOU FEELING ABOUT THE WSOP $10,000 MAIN EVENT IN LAS VEGAS?
