The Season 34 Winter 2015 $500 AllStars Tournament was held on Saturday, April 11 at Gino’s Blind Tiger in Atlanta. To qualify for the prestigious AllStars Tournament you needed to be 1st or 2nd in points at any qualified venue at the end of the season, Tuesday, March 31st.
Eighty-five players qualified and 53 players made the trip to Atlanta. It was tough competition!

How long have you played with the APC? Around 3 years.
How much have you been playing lately?
I only play a couple times a week.
Who is your favorite poker player?
I don’t have any favorites I just like watching the strategies being made.
What are your goals in the APC?
Well, I am a Tournament Director but I would love to win a Grand Championship and one day the $10,000 Main Event.
Advice for new players?
Enjoy the fun, get to know the people you play with. The APC has a lot of great people that play with them and it’s a great way to meet new people and make new friends.
How did it feel to win the prestigious AllStars Tournament?
Very Proud to Win it with all the great competition.
Have you played in casinos or in the WSOP or WPT? I have played in casinos. I normally visit Las Vegas once an year and will play in WSOP events this year in Cherokee.
Is there anything you want to add?
Thanks for all the support from the APC family. I was born and raised in Georgia, and have lived here all my life. Playing poker has now become a family affair as my wife Candyce, daughter Kimberly and son Jeremy all play and are all now dealers also.
