The Atlanta Poker Club raised over $10,000 last year for Toys for Tots and is one of the largest contributors in Atlanta! All thanks to the generosity of its players!
The first Toys for Tots contributions surprised the Marines who came with a tiny truck to pick up the toys. They were happy to make a second trip and pick up the amazing amount of toys collected by the APC family, and they’ve depended on us ever since!
On Saturday, November 19th is the fun Toys for Tots Knockout Poker Tournament!
Tickets are on sale and if you purchase in advance you will save $5 and receive 4,000 chips! You can still purchase at the door for $45.
Tournament Directors are selling tickets or you can purchase directly from PayPal! Just Login to paypal and click Send Money. Send it to: erinhall74@gmail.com – then enter the amount you wish to donate – select “Sending money to friends/family” – There will be a “note from sender/purchaser” section. That is where you will put what the money is for. (Ex. ticket, dinner and one add-on)
Many players have asked what is the total donation for all those add-ons and a bicycle…that would be $145.00!
